What are the benefits for employees?

  • Full time and Part time employees received a $100 monthly credit for the Zenwise Employee Store

  • The benefits also include free shipping and prepaid tax on all orders

  • Monthly benefits are granted in the form of 'store credit' on (or near) the 1st of every month. Benefits begin on the 1st of the first full month after employee start date (partial months are not prorated for new employees)

  • Monthly benefits are a 'use it or lose it' and the remaining month end balance does not roll over to the following month (all accounts reset to $100 at the first of the month, regardless of remaining balance from the prior month)

What is the Friends and Family (F&F) Discount?

  • Employees also have access to a special promo code (FFZEN). This code will provide a 30% discount on all products, along with free shipping and prepaid tax

  • The F&F discount is for employees who wish to make purchases on behalf of their friends and family

  • Employees can use the 'ship to' address function of the site to ship orders to their friends and family

  • Employees are responsible for paying the balance due on F&F orders at checkout 

  • The F&F discount cannot be combined with the use of the employee store credit

  • The F&F discount is used by entering FFZEN in the promo code box at checkout in the Zenwise Employee Store

      How is the store credit used?

      • When viewing the Cart, an option will appear to allow the employee to use store credit. If this option is selected, store credit will be applied in the form of a special promo code at checkout. Store credit will be automatically applied to cover the cost of the order, up to the amount of the remaining store credit balance 

                 
         
        • The promo code can be removed to purchase at full price or replaced with the F&F code to receive the F&F discount instead. If the F&F code is used, store credit cannot be used to pay for the remainder of that order (this is a Shopify platform restriction) 

        • Employees can provide a credit card for payment of any purchases over and above store credit limitations

        What is my store credit remaining balance?

        • Selecting the "My Account" option on the web site will display the Store Credit balance as a part of the account information 

        Am I permitted to resell the Employee Store product?

        • No. Employee benefits are for personal use and are for the sole benefit of the individual who has been granted access to the store, along with their family and friends. Reselling employee store product on eBay or other venues is a violation of employee store policies and may result in loss of store privileges and/or disciplinary action
